As prescribed in Section 4.4 of the DOE DC 2023-06-0021, updates on the status of the Competitive Selection Process (CSP) will be posted on the CSP E-Portal, however as of the moment, it is still not available.

The CSP activities have progressed as scheduled, with the latest key milestones outlined below:

  • March 25: The Invitation to Bid (ITB) was published.
  • March 26: Commencement of the acceptance of Pre-Qualification requirements.
  • April 7: Pre-Bid Conference held at Marina Seaview, Lapu-Lapu City.
  • April 16: Clarificatory Conference to discuss new issues and those related to the Power Supply Agreement (PSA).
  • May 17: Upcoming Opening of Bids to be conducted at 10:00 AM in Marina Seaview, Lapu-Lapu City.

The Clarificatory Conference was successfully conducted on April 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Marina Seaview, Lapu-Lapu City, the same venue as the Pre-Bid Conference. The session was attended by all Interested Bidders (IB), ensuring a thorough discussion of relevant issues.

During the conference, stakeholders were able to raise concerns regarding the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) and other matters related to the CSP. All concerns and other matters were extensively discussed. This session provided an opportunity for all parties to clarify key provisions and ensure alignment with Terms of Reference.
