In line with the Department of Energy (DOE) advisory dated February 5, 2021, MECO would like to inform our valued customers of the following items:
1. Disconnection of ππ’πππ₯π’π§π customers (consumption of 65kwh and below) will temporarily be put on hold until March 31, 2021.
MECOβs Lifeline threshold is 65π€π°π‘ as prescribed under ERC Case No. 2009-008 RC.
2. Customers who have the ability to pay are encouraged to settle their bills within the original due date to help manage the cash flow in the energy supply chain and ensure the continuous supply of electricity.
